Entering your timesheet via this electronic portal will ensure that your timesheet is processed faster, more accurately and more efficiently.

All you need to do is login as often as you like and complete your timesheets. When you have finished press a button and the system will alert your manager that the timesheet is ready for approval.

Once your timesheets are approved, we will produce an invoice on your behalf and mail it to you. This invoice is based on your rates and timesheet, and is guaranteed to be correct.

This electronic timesheet portal offers a secure interface for you to view and approve all of the timesheets from your contractors in one place. You can now approve timesheets anytime anyplace.

Approved timesheets are attached to automatically generated invoices in PDF format and forwarded by mail, making them easier to process and error free.

The portal is secured by a username and password. Sign off can only be processed via entry of a secure pin.
